No navigation software message

At the store where I bought, but in adifferent city along the route they reset using the reset button on the back and it worked agian for another 1 hour. Then a mesage during the route appeared 'Illegal operation', and frooze. I reset and worked again for an hour, and again the same message. After resetting it worked for another 2 hours and then frooze. Now there is the message 'no navigation software' and even after resetting, and charging it always displays the same message. I bought it for a tour of Europe and I am only on the second day of a 24 day trip around Europe and it is tottaly useless for me. I need urgent help to get to another 20 locations!!! HELP!

I have the same probel as your. I dont know what to do when i put SD card on my computer shows me some symbols who sont need to to be there I think is some kind of virus but I dont know how can I solve it.
it diplasys the same message: No Navigation software
My product is:

Unfortunately same problem it happend to me.
I have a 4384FM BT - 4384B20081000464
A few weeks ago i had problems with the screen, was working only half of the display so i send it to the service in Poland. It came back repaired but since than i have problems wiith ths SD card and maps failed to load sometimes. After a few resets will load until today, same message came to me - "no navigation software"
I am very dissapointed about it and i can not find where i can reload the maps on the SD card(2GB).
If anyone knows a link where i can re-instal maps on the same card pls let me know, it is fully appreciated any help.
